How To Use Thinner Shears

So You Have A New Pair Of Thinner Shears

I recently bought the thinner shears for hair to use with my girls, trying to save some money, but I do not know exactly how to use them.

All I want to do is straighten my hair from time to time because her hair is very long and too thick. Could you please tell me how to do this?

You may not believe it, but using thin scissors is so simple that the biggest problem people face is using them too much.

The scissors, when you look at them, have teeth instead of blades and eliminate less hair with a single "sniper". The purpose is to eliminate the "mass" of the hair without altering the hairstyle.

In the case of long, thick hair that needs to be diluted, we recommend combing straight hair and then working on smaller sections. Slide the scissors open on the long hair at a point between 1/3 of the way and 1/2 of the length of the scalp.

Make a single "cut", then open and remove the scissors. Pass a comb through the section to slide the hair that has been cut. Go to the next section and repeat until you have made your way around your head.

What You Can Do With Your Thinner Shears

If necessary, you can make a second pass on the hair, but this time make the "hairshears" about 1/3 of the length on the ends of the hair.

This will gently reduce the fullness of the hair with style. Always work in uniform steps. And only make additional slimming cuts when you're sure they're needed. If you remove too much hair, the tips will start to appear fibrous.

In addition, you only want to use thinner shears approximately every 3rd cut / cut. If you do it more often, it will remove too much hair and end up with a long hairstyle with an angry look.

After the initial thinning of the hair, you could also limit yourself to thinning only at the top point of the head, since the hair previously cut during thinning will now have reached the lowest point (or somewhere near that point).

This technique is appropriate for straight or wavy hair. If your hair is curly, you may want to add a third pass to the slimming passages on an average length.

This avoids the openly triangular appearance of many very curly hairstyles.
